Poshmark Fees 2026: What Poshmark Takes From Every Sale
Poshmark takes a flat $2.95 on any sale under $15, and 20% on any sale of $15 or more. You keep the rest. That is the whole seller fee in the US. There is no listing fee and no separate payment processing fee on top.
The $15 line is the one number worth remembering, because that is where the flat fee turns into 20%.
Your payout at seven prices
| Sale price | Poshmark fee | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| $5 | $2.95 | $2.05 |
| $10 | $2.95 | $7.05 |
| $14 | $2.95 | $11.05 |
| $15 | $3.00 | $12.00 |
| $25 | $5.00 | $20.00 |
| $50 | $10.00 | $40.00 |
| $100 | $20.00 | $80.00 |
The flat fee is the expensive one. $2.95 is 59% of a $5 sale, 29.5% of a $10 sale and still 21% of a $14 sale. Anything under $14.75 pays a higher rate than the 20% tier. So a $5 item barely pays for the time it takes to photograph, and small pieces are worth grouping into one bundle listing: three $5 tops sold together as one $15 sale cost you $3.00 in fees instead of $8.85.
The $15 line itself is not a cliff. At $14.99 you keep $12.04 and at $15 you keep $12.00, four cents apart.
Offers and discounts
The 20% is taken from the price the item actually sells for, so an accepted offer cuts your fee and your payout together. If you list at $40 and accept $30, Poshmark takes $6 and you keep $24, not $32. Work out your floor from the payout. I set mine by asking what the lowest offer I would accept leaves me after the 20%.

Poshmark against the other big apps (US, 2026)
On a $50 sale you keep $40.00 on Poshmark. Mercari takes 10% of the item price plus buyer-paid shipping, so with no buyer-paid shipping you keep $45.00 (details in Mercari fees 2026). Depop removed its selling fee for US sellers and charges only payment processing. Poshmark costs sellers the most of the three at every price. What you get for it is Poshmark's shipping label and a buyer base that shops closets and bundles. The full four-way table is in eBay vs Poshmark vs Mercari vs Depop fees.
Is Poshmark worth 20%?
It depends on what sells there for you. If an item sells in a week on Poshmark and sits for two months elsewhere, the extra 10 points is the price of the faster sale. If the same item sells just as fast on Mercari or Depop, list it there. The only way to know is to track what you net per item on each platform. Gross sales tell you nothing here.
